Assessment & Verification Methodology
Competency for each module was verified through a combination of the following methods, consistent with recognised industry practice for professional training programmes:
- Written examination — minimum 80% pass requirement per module.
- Instructor-led oral assessment — knowledge verification on terminology, standards and procedures.
- Practical field demonstration — supervised performance of site assessment, system layout review and commissioning checks.
- Scenario-based competency simulation — applied client consultation and risk-communication exercises.
- Final integrated assessment — cumulative evaluation covering all programme modules.
The trainee named in this transcript met or exceeded the minimum passing standard for every module listed. Records of individual assessment scores are retained by Prodigy Wildfire Solutions Ltd. and may be produced on written request from the trainee or an authorised government agency.
